A fantastic service provided by Mark and his company. We used Mark all the way through, from the start of our new build to the practical completion and are very thankful that we did. His inspections are very thorough and highlighted some very important defects on our build. The report he provides is very detailed, simple to understand, includes photos and was sent to us the day after the inspections. His expertise and knowledge in this field is what we were after and that is certainly what we got. Marks report on our practical completion inspection was outstanding, he picked up so many things that us as owners would not of even found. Our site supervisor said he was the most thorough he has ever come across. I would recommend his services to anyone and would not hesitate to use again.

I would recommend Bestwest to anyone!!! Yes he costs a little more but you certainly can see the justice! They picked up on many minor defects and un-satisfactory work (most of which I would have missed) as well as most importantly major defects within the brick work and carpenterty not met by the Building Codes Australia (BCA). Couldn't of had anyone better for my Final Inspection!!! If I build again he will be the first I call this time! Cheers again :) 100% satisfaction
